The Founding Story

We didn’t start with a theory. We started with twenty years of certainty.

Two decades watching organizations invest in the right tools, hire the right people, and still get buried in incidents and cases they couldn’t govern in real time. The problem was never the tools. Every generation of security technology got better at finding the risk. None of them built what governs the moment it appears.

We built NOOTRON because the gap was structural and we understood it precisely enough to close it.

Everyone heard the alarm. Nobody asked why the door was open.

Why Now

AI made the gap existential.
